Reigns, accompanied by our boss, “The Wise Man” Paul Heyman, issued the challenge on tonight’s WWE Smackdown episode that aired on USA Network and around the world. Sikoa didn’t hesitate to accept, and WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque confirmed the match before the end of the evening.
