The New York Yankees Pitcher Wants OFF The Disabled List!
For the first time since being placed on the disabled list on April 29th (CLICK HERE to read how THE HEYMAN HUSTLE delivered that information to you before anyone else), New York Yankees right handed pitcher Masahiro Tanaka threw a bullpen session today. The team’s most popular thrower was placed on the DL with a strained right forearm and tendinitis in hjis right wrist.
“Happy about it,” Tanaka said through a translator. “Threw everything. Didn’t feel anything.”
Tanaka threw 30 pitches before the Yankees’ game against the Rays, but he does not have a timetable for a return. When Tanaka went on the DL, Yankees GM Brian Cashman said he would miss at least a month of action. Looks like Tanaka is desperately trying to beat that prediction.
