HERE’S YOUR HUSTLE HACK “CHEAT CODE” TO JUST HOW EPIC THE TRAILER IS FOR FURIOSA: A MAD MAX SAGA REALLY IS

The Mad Max franchise continues, with a brand new movie called Furiosa. It’s a prequel to Fury Road, and follows Furiosa (portrayed in Fury Road by Charlize Theron, now played by Anya Taylor-Joy) battling her way through the dystopian landscape of director George Miller‘s cinematic chaos. The official word from Warner Bros. tell us: As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus. Sweeping through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home.

Now, being that we’re Hustlers, this is all standard fare so far. Until one takes a moment to realize, there’s no Mad Max in this Mad Max movie! How can that possibly be? And how can it be that there’s no Mad Max in this Mad Max movie, Mad Max‘s name is in the title, and no is bitching?

That’s the brilliance of George Miller.

This trailer is so bad ass, so epic, that no is complaining we have a Mad Max movie with no Mad Max. As the kids say on social media, “dayum!”

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga opens May 24, 2024.
