Machine Gun Kelly handed Logan Paul his brass knuckles, and Paul used them to strike Knight before setting up for a springboard somersault clothesline. However, just as The Maverick was about to hit his move, Knight countered with the BFT and secured the pinfall, winning his first championship in WWE.
