The world’s most amazing super model, 47 year old Elle MacPherson was interviewed by ELLE UK and revealed some beauty secrets that can help any woman on the planet.
“Eat organic, locally sourced food wherever possible,” the super model legend stated. “I don’t like to have chemicals in my body at all, so I don’t drink, smoke or take drugs, not even Aspirin.”
Elle says that all it takes are two simple steps, and that is the kickoff for a whole new beautiful you. If you’re a female, that is. It may work on males, but we digress. Stated Elle, “I challenge any woman to drink 3 litres water everyday for a month and sleep for seven hours a night, that she won’t lose weight, look better and feel better.”
