BATMAN SPOILERS

WARNING: We’re telling you up front, in big bold letters. This story contains some heavy duty spoilers regarding Batman. If you don’t want to know certain answers to the latest cliffhangers, stop reading this story right now.

OK, we warned you.

The Hollywood Reporter is breaking the story that this week’s issue of DC Entertainment’s Batman comic book series will reveal the long-awaited answer from Selina KyleCatwoman herself … to Bruce Wayne‘s marriage proposal, which happened four months ago in Batman No. 25.

According to THR, the answer is… YES!

The reveal came via USA Today, at the end of the current “The War of Jokes and Riddles” storyline, which sees Bruce Wayne reveal his darkest secret as the Dark Knight to Selina in an attempt to reveal all before she makes her decision. In the end, she’s not scared off.

“That to me is what true love is,” writer Tom King told the newspaper. “It’s showing who you truly are to someone. It’s letting someone know deep down who you are and that’s horribly frightening and it scares Batman as much as anything ever has.”

Illustrated by Mikel Janin, Batman No. 32 will be in comic book stores and available digitally on Wednesday.
