Ken Anderson is overseas, on vacation with his wife. Earlier today, we spoke briefly to the former WWE superstar (“Mr. Kennedy …… Kennedy!”) as he and the Mrs. were on a cruise from Naples to Santorini.
The rest of the conversation was rather incoherent. It appears as though the world traveling “90 day non-competitor” is living by last week’s mantra of “do as I say, not as I do.”
So, here’s Mr. Anderson, teaching “Proper Form and Technique,” which appears to be the furthest thing from the vacationing sports entertainer’s mind at the moment!
