The rules have been set for the main event of the 2023 edition of WWE SummerSlam, and it’s a shocker. Jey Uso has challenged his cousin, the most dominant champion in WWE history, to a match called Tribal Combat. Deeply rooted in family tradition, Tribal Combat means it’s a fight to the finish, with no rules, and winner take all.
“All” as in the Undisputed WWE Heavyweight Championship and also the position of Tribal Chief. Reigns’ acceptance even shocked our boss, Reigns’ wiseman and special counsel Paul Heyman, and set Solo off on a rampage that Reigns’ himself had to stop.
